01Billing team must update billing system to add new covered codes (J0208, J0218, J0612, J0613, etc.) effective April 1, 2023.
02Update prior authorization rules to remove PA requirements for dental codes D2710, D2712, D2740, etc.
03and add PA requirement for D3999.
04Stop billing discontinued codes 0324U, 0325U, C1834, J0610, J0611 after March 31, 2023.
05Add new modifiers JK and JL to system.
06Review provider type restrictions for each new code before billing.
