Payer policy changes, explained.
We watch the payers your practice bills, read what changed, and tell your billing team what to do about it before the effective date.
Free to start. No credit card.
A missed bulletin becomes a stack of denials.
Payers publish changes on their own sites, in their own formats, on their own schedule. Nobody on a billing team has time to read all of them.
Changes hide in PDFs and portals
Prior auth rules, coverage policies and coding updates are spread across dozens of payer sites and bulletins.
You find out from the denial
By the time a claim comes back denied, the effective date has passed and the work is already done.
Most of it does not apply to you
Reading every update to find the few that touch your specialty and codes takes hours each week.
From payer bulletin to your inbox in three steps.

Policy Monitoring questions
Is Policy Monitoring free?
Yes. The Free plan includes payer changes from the last 30 days with keyword search, 1 saved search with a weekly email alert, and 5 AI searches and 3 AI summaries a day. No credit card. Individual adds the full history, unlimited saved searches with daily or weekly alerts, AI assistant chat and higher AI limits.
Which payers do you monitor?
114 payers, checked every 24 hours: national carriers such as UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna and Humana; regional and state plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield plans and state Medicaid programs; and government sources including CMS/Medicare (LCDs, NCDs, transmittals) and TRICARE. New payers are added regularly.
How quickly does a change show up?
We sweep every monitored payer every 24 hours, so a new bulletin, policy update or regulatory change is in your feed within a day of publication. Every item links to the source document it came from.
What does the AI actually tell me?
For each change: a plain-English summary of what changed, an impact level, the CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10 codes it touches, the effective date, and the action your billing team needs to take. You always have the source document one click away to check it.
Can I limit it to my specialty and my payers?
Yes. Choose from 40+ specialties, set your payer mix and an impact threshold, and your feed and alerts only include changes that affect your practice.
How do alerts work?
Save a search (specialty, payers, states, impact) and we email you when new changes match it. Free includes one saved search with a weekly email. Individual adds unlimited saved searches with daily or weekly alerts. You can pause or delete a saved search at any time.
Can I search in plain English?
Yes. Ask the way you would ask a colleague, for example "knee surgery prior auth changes" or "CPT 27447 coverage", and you get the matching updates with a summary of what they mean together.
Do I need an account to use it?
Yes. Policy Monitoring runs inside your PolicyChanges workspace, so you need a free account. It takes a minute and needs no card.
