Better than the spreadsheet.
When a provider is not enrolled on the date of service, payers deny or hold the claim. Credentialing Tracker keeps those dates and statuses in view.
Provider roster
Type an NPI and the public NPPES registry fills in specialty, addresses and the license numbers each provider lists.
Expiration calendar
Everything due in the next 30, 60 and 90 days, with CAQH re-attestation every 120 days worked out for you.
Payer enrollment tracker
Status, application ID, effective date and follow-up date for each payer, with a documents checklist and a timeline.
Reminders and tasks
Email reminders at 90, 60 and 30 days, plus tasks for the calls and signatures.
Documents per provider
Licenses, certificates and insurance documents stored encrypted with each provider.
Exclusion screening
Add a provider to OIG Screening in one click and see the result on their page.
Public records where they exist.
The NPI registry is public, and each provider page links to the public license lookup of the state boards that matter. The rest your team enters.
- Credentialing Tracker covers deadlines and statuses. It is not a credentials verification organization.
Public records can lag. Verify with the issuing board, CAQH or the payer before you rely on a date or a status.
Which plans include it
Everything is by plan. There are no add-ons.
Credentialing Tracker questions
Do you verify credentials or submit applications for us?
No. Credentialing Tracker shows what expires, what is due and where each payer application stands. It does not do primary source verification and does not submit applications to payers.
What is automatic and what do we enter?
NPI details come from the public NPPES registry, and exclusion status comes from OIG Screening. CAQH, DEA, malpractice and payer enrollment status have no public source, so your team enters them and we remind you.
Can we use the list we already screen in OIG Screening?
Yes. Import picks people from your OIG Screening roster, and providers you add in Credentialing Tracker can be added to OIG Screening in one click.
Can we import our spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload a CSV with your providers, license numbers and dates. The template lists every column we read.
