01Billing team must update system to allow telehealth billing for codes 99402, 99403, 99404, G0396, G0397, G0442, G0443, G0445, G0447 with POS codes 02 or 10 and modifiers 93 (audio-only) or 95 (audio/video).
02Update encounter forms to indicate which codes allow audio-only (modifier 93).
03Retroactively review and resubmit denied claims for these services from July 1, 2024 forward.
