Action Required

Action needed
By July 13, 2026: Billing team must update all workflows and system rules to cease submitting authorizations to the eviCore portal for fully funded commercial members. Alert all providers and clinical staff that authorization portal entry is no longer permitted for this member category. Update any automated submission processes or templates in the billing system that reference eviCore authorization submission. Communicate to front desk and verification staff that prior authorization is not required for fully funded commercial members when ordered by a PCP, and that the portal will reject submission attempts. Failure to comply may result in delayed claim processing or system errors.
