Billing teams must stop submitting authorizations to eviCore for these members and update internal workflows accordingly.

Action Required

Action needed
By July 13, 2026: Billing team must stop submitting authorizations to the eviCore portal for all fully funded Commercial members. Update billing system rules and staff workflows to prevent authorization entry attempts for this population. Inform providers that authorizations for fully funded Commercial members (when ordered by PCP) are not permitted in the eviCore system as of this date. Train front-desk and authorization staff to identify fully funded Commercial members and route them appropriately. Failure to comply may result in system rejection of submissions and processing delays.
