01Update mailing address records - use PO Box 240769 for claims, PO Box 240807 for adjustments & voids, and PO Box 240808 for provider enrollment.
02Download current forms from the Alaska Medicaid website rather than using saved versions.
03For Allscripts portal issues, call 800-877-5678, option 1,1,1,1.
04When claims are denied, submit new claims with corrected information instead of attempting voids or adjustments.
