Immediately: Update all Alaska Medicaid submissions to use new mandatory mailing addresses - Claims to PO Box 240769, Adjustments & Voids to PO Box 240807, Provider Enrollment to PO Box 240808 (all Anchorage AK 99524). By September 2024: Prepare for new travel authorization forms and processes. Register for training sessions by emailing Marilee.reinhartdavieau@gainwelltechnologies.com. Update provider enrollment forms including new UPIR form and contact update forms.
