ADDITIONS (now approved): Suppositoria Laboratories, Hillestrad International Inc, Ferring Laboratories Inc, Commons Brothers Inc, Benchmark Enterprises Inc, SoloPak Medical Products Inc. DELETIONS (no longer reimbursed): Lannett Company Inc, Chemrich Laboratories Inc, Syosset Laboratories Inc, Lyphomed Novopharm Pharmaceuticals, Novopharm Incorporated, Grupak Laboratories Inc, Choice Drug Systems of Maryland, RA Pharmaceuticals. Before dispensing or billing, verify manufacturer participation status in the New Jersey Medicaid rebate program. Claims submitted for drugs from deleted manufacturers will be DENIED and may result in liability to the pharmacy or practice. Retain this newsletter in the provider reference materials and disseminate to all pharmacy and billing staff.
