Immediately: Billing team should update pharmacy billing systems to reflect the new manufacturer/labeler codes for New Jersey Medicaid claims. Add codes 00169 (Novo Nordisk), 72578 (LPI Holdings/Lexis Laboratories), 72579 (Seatrace Company), 72580 (Baron Pharmaceuticals), and 72581 (Basel Pharmaceuticals). Remove code 72577 (Laboratory A) as it will not be reimbursable. Update manufacturer names for existing codes: Reid Rowell to Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Carter Wallace to Baker Cummins, and Leukine to Immunex.
