01Update billing system with new HCPCS codes W0001, W0002, W0004, W0008 and their respective maximum fee allowances.
02Billing team must ensure field 24H on HCFA 1500 claims includes family planning indicators: '2' for family planning services or '3' for beneficiaries under 21.
03Submit FD-999 Claims Adjustment Forms for any claims with dates of service on or after January 1, 1998 that were paid at previous rates to request additional reimbursement.
