By April 25, 2025: Submit opt-out notice to NetworkDevelopment@MedMutual.com if you want to continue receiving paper communications. By May 1, 2025: Review new reimbursement policies RP-202506 (Emergency Department Fracture Care), RP-202507 (Services and Modifiers Not Reimbursable), RP-202508 (Preventive Medicine), and RP-202509 (Medicare Advantage Preventive Services) at MedMutual.com/Provider. By September 1, 2025: Transition all medical claims to electronic submission through clearinghouse or Availity portal - paper and email claims will no longer be accepted. Register for Availity at https://www.availity.com/essentials-portal-registration/ and complete Electronic Opt-Out Waiver Request Form only if you have sufficient exemption reasons.
