By August 1, 2025: Review new reimbursement policies for Assistant-at-Surgery (RP-202510) and Critical Care Services and Trauma Activation (RP-202511) at MedMutual.com/Provider. By September 1, 2025: Transition all claim submissions to electronic format through Availity or approved clearinghouse - paper claims will be rejected without approved waiver. By October 1, 2025: Update billing system with new fee schedule rates available July 1st on Provider Portal. Register for quarterly J-code and semi-annual immunization fee updates through Availity portal.
