By May 25, 2021: Register for NaviNet access at navinet.secure.force.com if not already registered (allow one week for setup). For Private Duty Nursing prior authorizations, transition to electronic submission through NaviNet only - no fax or phone requests will be accepted after June 1, 2021. Update Provider Contracting contact number to 1-800-625-2583. Ensure all NDC codes on medical claims are converted to 11-digit 5-4-2 format to prevent claim errors.
