Summary
Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) identified and corrected a system issue that incorrectly denied fee-for-service claims processed between October 8-31, 2024. Affected claims have been automatically reprocessed and providers should see corrected payments on remittance advices with ICNs beginning with '80'.

Immediately: Billing team should review remittance advices for reprocessed claims with internal control numbers (ICNs) or Claim IDs beginning with '80'.
