Action Required
By January 1, 2025: Billing team must update system to include new 2025 HCPCS codes and configure prior authorization requirements for codes 25448, 38225, 38226, 38227, 38228, 61715, 76014, and 76015. Enable podiatrist billing (specialty 140) for skin graft codes 15011-15018. Mark prostate and thyroid procedure codes as non-covered. Update encounter forms to reflect PA requirements and coverage changes.
