Update fee schedules to reflect the new reimbursement rate of $1,793.28 for provider types 25/277. Check the KanCare Open Claims Resolution Log on the KMAP Bulletins page to verify each MCO's implementation date, as implementation may vary from April 1, 2026. Update claim submission templates and provider communication materials. Verify DME Fee-for-Service Provider Manual updates on pages 8-62 and AI-11. Claims submitted with discontinued codes L6000, L6010, or L6020 after April 1, 2026 will be denied or require reprocessing.
