Summary
Nevada Medicaid has added reimbursement rates for new 2024 CPT, HCPCS, and ADA codes to their system. Claims with these new codes that were previously suspended with error 853 will now be automatically released for processing and payment.

Immediately: Billing team should monitor remittance advices for previously suspended claims with new 2024 codes that will be automatically reprocessed. Review any new denials that may occur during reprocessing and prepare appeals if necessary following Medicaid Services Manual Chapter 100 guidelines.
