Illinois is launching a new Medicaid provider enrollment system called IMPACT on August 3, 2015. All currently enrolled Illinois Medicaid providers must revalidate their enrollment through the new web portal by December 31, 2015, or risk payment delays.
Action Required
By December 31, 2015: All Illinois Medicaid providers must revalidate their enrollment through the new IMPACT web portal at illinois.gov/hfs/impact. Facilities, Agencies and Organizations (FAOs) must revalidate first before individual providers can associate with these entities. Billing team should coordinate with credentialing staff to ensure timely completion. Failure to revalidate may result in payment delays for Medicaid claims.
