Add new PPE codes A4928 (surgical masks), A9286 (hand sanitizer), and E1399 with CR modifier (patient gowns) to fee schedules with specified rates. Configure system to allow 90-day supply billing. For invoice-priced codes (A4459, A4467, A6412, B4105, B4157, B4162, B4187, E0439), ensure claims include 'invoice in DMP' in note field. Train staff on replacement modifier (RA) requirements and DMP submission process.
