Immediately: Billing team must update system to include new COVID-19 vaccine CPT codes 91300 (Pfizer) and 91301 (Moderna) with $0.00 cost. Add administration codes 0001A, 0002A (Pfizer first/second dose) and 0011A, 0012A (Moderna first/second dose). Update encounter forms to remind providers no co-pays should be collected. Providers must register with MDHHS COVID-19 Vaccination Program before billing for vaccine administration services.
