Action Required

Action needed
Immediately: Billing team must verify that MGMT promoter methylation testing claims include documentation showing: 1) Patient has high-grade malignant glioma (glioblastoma multiforme or anaplastic astrocytoma), 2) Patient is candidate for temozolomide therapy or radiotherapy, and 3) Test results will be used to direct therapy choices.
