01Behavioral health practices employing Board Registered Associates or Mental Health Interns must obtain Certificate of Approval (COA) from OHA by emailing LCApplications@oha.oregon.gov, or ensure these providers become fully licensed.

If missed: Failure to comply will result in inability to bill OHP for services rendered by these providers after June 2026.
