Summary
Connecticut Medicaid has updated the reimbursement rate for crisis intervention services (H2011) at Children's Mental Health Urgent Crisis Centers, effective October 1, 2025. Claims with higher billed amounts than the new allowed rate will be retroactively adjusted in January 2026.

Before January 23, 2026: Billing teams serving Connecticut Medicaid patients at Children's Mental Health Urgent Crisis Centers must download the updated Clinic and Outpatient Hospital Behavioral Health fee schedule from www.ctdssmap.com to review new rates for H2011. Ensure Place of Service code 20 is used for all UCC services. Monitor for retroactive claim adjustments by Gainwell Technologies for overpaid claims.
