02Update codes 98000-98007 to Payment Type 'FS' with CT Fee Schedule 'OFOUT'.
03Download new Dietitian/Nutritionist fee schedule for Medical Nutrition Therapy services.
04Before October 1, 2025: Prepare for ICD-10 updates with 156 new surgical codes and 487 new diagnosis codes.
