Summary
Connecticut Medicaid (CMAP) updated their fee schedules and procedure codes effective July 1, 2025, including new payment rates for status G/K codes and a new fee schedule for Medical Nutrition Therapy services. The policy also announces upcoming ICD-10 code updates effective October 1, 2025.
Action Required
Immediately: Billing team must download the updated CMAP Addendum B V26.2 from www.ctdssmap.com and update billing system with new payment rates for procedure codes with status indicators G or K. Update codes 98000-98007 to Payment Type 'FS' with CT Fee Schedule 'OFOUT'. Download new Dietitian/Nutritionist fee schedule for Medical Nutrition Therapy services. Before October 1, 2025: Prepare for ICD-10 updates with 156 new surgical codes and 487 new diagnosis codes.
