New Jersey Medicaid is redirecting all prior authorization requests for Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) and Intradialytic Parenteral Nutrition (IDPN) services to Dr. Francine Cirelly at the Cumberland Medical Assistance Customer Center in Vineland, NJ, effective immediately. Providers must mail all prior auth requests to this single location instead of the county-based Medical Assistance Customer Centers.

01All billing and clinical staff submitting prior authorization requests for TPN/IDPN services must update their mailing procedures.
02Redirect ALL prior authorization requests for fee-for-service beneficiaries from county-based Medical Assistance Customer Centers to Dr. Francine Cirelly at Cumberland MACC, 1676 East Landis Avenue, PO Box 1513, Vineland, NJ 08362-1513.
03Update internal documentation, templates, and staff instructions.
04Contact Cumberland MACC at (856) 690-5208 with questions.
If missed: Failure to submit prior auth requests to the correct address will result in delayed or rejected prior authorizations and potential claim denials.
