01Providers of ABA, DIR, BA and IIC services must schedule new Federal background checks through ECCU for all employees.
02Contact ECCU for ABA/DIR providers or CSOC for IIC/BA providers to obtain new service code forms.
03Discard old forms as past fingerprints cannot be used.
04New employees cannot provide services without a 'cleared' letter.
05Submit archive requests monthly by the 15th for two-year renewals.
