By July 1, 2025: Billing team must update system to recognize new CPT codes 90382, 91323, 90635, 90612, and 90613 as covered and separately reimbursed for both professional and institutional providers. Review complete CPT code list when available to identify codes marked as 'Not Covered', 'Not Medically Necessary', 'Subject to Medical Review', or 'Invalid' and update billing rules accordingly.
