By October 5, 2021: DDRS waiver providers must update billing systems to append modifier U7 to COVID-19 vaccine codes 0001A, 0002A, 0011A, 0012A, 0031A, 91300, 91301, and 91303 when billing FSW and CIH waiver members. Submit any retroactive claims for services performed January 1-April 8, 2021 within 180 days. For claims beyond normal filing limits, attach copy of bulletin BT202129 to bypass timely filing requirements.
