Summary
Indiana Medicaid (IHCP) is automatically reprocessing previously denied claims for Moderna COVID-19 bivalent booster vaccines administered to members ages 12-17 with dates of service from Oct 12, 2022 onward. Claims that were incorrectly denied for age compatibility will be reprocessed and appear on remittance advices starting Oct 18, 2023.
