By April 1, 2025: Billing team must update system to include new HCPCS codes from Tables 1-8. Review complete bulletin for covered codes requiring prior authorization and special billing requirements. Contact Acentra Health (866-725-9991) for PA questions or Gainwell Technologies (800-457-4584) for billing questions. Claims using discontinued codes after March 31, 2025 will be denied.
