01Billing team must verify enrollment in Zelis payments and select a preferred electronic payment method via ZAPP Edge (call 1-855-496-1571 or 1-877-828-8770), Virtual Card, or ePayment Center (call 1-855-774-4392 or email help@epayment.center) to ensure uninterrupted payment receipt.
02Before January 22, 2027 (Ambetter Marketplace conversion) and February 5, 2027 (Iowa Total Care Medicaid and WellCare Dual Eligible conversions): Confirm enrollment status for each applicable line of business.
03If not enrolled in ZAPP Edge or Virtual Card and do not enroll in the free ePayment Center, payments will default to paper check via USPS.
