01Billing team must submit all outstanding MassHealth dental claims, prior authorization requests, reconsiderations, inquiries, and voids to BeneCare.
02Starting February 1, 2026: Switch to DentaQuest portal at MassHealth-Dental.org for all new submissions.
03Do not resubmit claims to DentaQuest that were already submitted to BeneCare.
04Update billing workflows and train staff on new portal access.
