Summary
Molina Healthcare is launching a new Provider Network Management Portal on October 26, 2026, that will replace email and paper-based provider enrollment and credentialing submissions for directly contracted providers. All direct provider enrollment and credentialing requests must be submitted through this new portal starting that date. This change does not affect delegated IPAs (which use D360) or Availity functionality (claims, prior auth, member panels).

By October 26, 2026: Billing and administrative staff must transition all direct provider enrollment and credentialing submissions from email and paper forms to the new Provider Network Management Portal. Before launch, verify login credentials when Molina sends provider contact information. Update internal enrollment procedures and staff training to reflect portal-only submission requirements. Ensure providers understand that Availity continues to be used for claims, prior authorizations, and member panel management—this portal is for enrollment/credentialing only. Delegated IPA providers should continue using D360 for credentialing. Failure to use the portal after the deadline may result in delayed or rejected enrollment applications.
