Summary

Action Required
By December 31, 2026: Billing team must continue processing claims normally for Ambetter from NH Healthy Families members with dates of service on or before 12/31/26. Ensure all claims are submitted according to timely filing requirements in the Participating Provider Agreement. After January 1, 2027, Ambetter Marketplace coverage will no longer be active in New Hampshire—verify member coverage status before providing services. No changes to the Provider Agreement are required. Front desk staff should update member eligibility verification systems to reflect the plan discontinuation after 12/31/26 to prevent billing errors.
