Summary
CMS has approved South Carolina's five-year renewal of the Community Choices (CC) and HIV/AIDS 1915(c) HCBS waiver programs, with all submitted changes approved. The renewal is retroactive to July 1, 2026. Billing teams should review the approved renewal applications and previously announced amendments on the SCDHHS website to identify any service coverage, benefit, or billing process changes.
