Summary
HHSC has added three new Personal Care Services (PCS) bill codes to the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system for CMS Long-term Care Fee-for-Service claims: Primary Home Care PAS Level 1 (G0718), Family Care Agency Admin PAS (G0747), and Community Attendant Services PAS (G0750). All three codes are effective for EVV matching on August 1, 2026, and must be integrated into billing systems to ensure claims process correctly.
Action Required
By July 1, 2026: Billing team must update the Claims Management System (CMS) billing software to recognize and process the three new PCS bill codes (G0718, G0747, G0750) with their associated service groups and service codes (17V, 17CV, 17DV respectively). Verify that EVV matching logic is configured to accept these codes effective August 1, 2026. Update internal billing code reference materials and provider communication documents. Test claim submission for all three new codes before the effective date to prevent claim denials or delays.
