Summary
Connecticut DSS is updating reimbursement rates for five Early Intervention Services billing codes under the HUSKY Health program (HUSKY A and B) effective July 1, 2026. Rates for skills training (H2014), screening (T1023), family training (T1027), home assessment (T1028), and service assessment (T2024) are being adjusted. Billing teams must update their fee schedules and systems to reflect the new rates to avoid claim rejections.
Action Required
By June 30, 2026: Billing team must download and implement the updated Special Services - Birth to Three Years fee schedule from www.ctdssmap.com (Provider > Provider Fee Schedule Download > CSV file). Update all billing system charge masters and fee tables for codes H2014, T1023, T1027, T1028, and T2024 with the new reimbursement rates effective July 1, 2026. Verify that claims submission software reflects the updated rates before the effective date. Communicate rate changes to EIS providers billing under HUSKY A and HUSKY B. If rates are not updated by July 1, 2026, claims submitted with old rates will be denied or subject to recoupment.
