Action Required
Before May 1, 2026: Billing team must update system to automatically deny/flag HCPCS E0469 claims for Humana Medicare Advantage patients. Notify providers that Multi-Function OLE therapy devices (BiWaze Clear System, Volara System) are non-covered services. Update encounter forms and EMR templates to warn of non-coverage. Claims submitted will be denied as not medically necessary.
