Summary
Nevada Medicaid has corrected payment issues for procedure code H2011 with HT modifier for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, Nurse Midwives, and Physician's Assistants. Claims from July 1, 2024 forward will be automatically reprocessed at the correct rate, and the 3 dates per 90 days limit has been removed for School Health Services.

Immediately: Nevada Medicaid providers (APRNs, Nurse Midwives, Physician's Assistants, School Health Services) should monitor future remittance advice for automatically reprocessed H2011 claims with HT modifier dating back to July 1, 2024. School Health Services can now bill H2011 without the previous 3 dates per 90 days restriction, but 4 hours per day limit still applies. Review any denied reprocessed claims for potential appeals per Medicaid Services Manual Chapter 100.
