By July 31, 2019: Illinois hospital billing teams must set up payment processing through the Illinois State Treasurer's E-Pay Program at https://epayHOSPITALASSESSMENTS.illinois.gov using facility HFS ID # and PIN. Contact banking institution to allow debits using company ID 1810599849 or 9810599849. Submit July assessment by July 31, then remit monthly assessments by the 17th business day of each subsequent month through June 2020. Failure to remit on time may result in penalties.
