Action Required
Immediately: Billing team should begin billing codes A4760 and A4670 for blood pressure cuffs without prior authorization for OHP members with above-the-line diagnoses on Oregon's Prioritized List. Use CPT codes 99473 for patient education/training and 99474 for 30-day monitoring services. Ensure proper documentation of medical necessity and telemedicine visit notes. For fee-for-service members, prescriptions must be filled by OHP-enrolled DME suppliers.
