01Billing team must configure claims processing system to hold all Planned Parenthood of the Columbia-Willamette (PPCW) and Planned Parenthood of Southwestern Oregon (PPSO) claims with service dates on or after July 4, 2025.
02Do not submit encounter data for these claims.
03Share this directive with all relevant staff and subcontractors.
04This applies only to CCO Medicaid Contract members, not Non-Medicaid or Oregon Health Plan Bridge contracts.
