Summary
Oregon Medicaid CCOs must immediately hold all unadjudicated Planned Parenthood claims for Medicaid members with service dates on or after July 4, 2025. This does not affect HOP members, Non-Medicaid contracts, or Oregon Health Plan Bridge members.
Action Required
Immediately: Billing team must hold all unadjudicated Planned Parenthood claims for Oregon Medicaid CCO members with service dates July 4, 2025 or later. Do NOT reprocess already adjudicated claims. Continue processing claims for HOP members and Non-Medicaid/Bridge contracts normally. Monitor for further OHA direction.
