Summary
Connecticut Medical Assistance Program (CMAP) updated Addendum B with new payment rates for outpatient hospital procedure codes and added a new fee schedule for Dietitian/Nutritionist Medical Nutrition Therapy services. Payment rate changes for status indicator G and K procedures were loaded into the system, and new procedure codes were added by CMS.

Update billing system with new payment rates for affected codes. Download the new Dietitian/Nutritionist fee schedule from Provider Fee Schedule Download section for Medical Nutrition Therapy billing. Review Provider Bulletin 25-18 for additional guidance.
