By February 27, 1998: Home health agencies participating in New Jersey Medicaid must post a $50,000 surety bond using the acceptable form provided by DMAHS. Contact the Chief, Provider Enrollment Unit at (609) 588-2905 for questions. Failure to post the bond will result in denial of all home health claims with service dates on or after February 27, 1998, and the State may recover ineligible payments.
