Immediately: Billing team must update coding systems to use HCPCS code E0732 instead of terminated code K1002 for cranial electrotherapy stimulation. Remove enteral nutrition codes B4151 and B4156 from billing system. Update ICD-10 diagnosis coding for occipital nerve stimulation claims by removing code R51 and using R51.0 or R51.9 instead, and add the new approved headache diagnosis codes. Remove laboratory code 0357U and HCPCS code L8684 from billing options. Review policy guidelines for each affected specialty to ensure proper coverage criteria are met.
