Immediately: Download the updated CMAP Addendum B V26.1 from www.ctdssmap.com when posted to verify current procedure codes and payment rates. Monitor for mass adjustments on claims with G or K status indicator codes submitted before April 3, 2025 with dates of service after April 1, 2025 - these will be automatically adjusted in the 2nd cycle of May. Review new ICD-10 surgical codes when the diagnosis grouper is updated to prevent claim suspensions.
