Immediately: Billing team must stop submitting claims to Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) for COVID-19 monoclonal antibodies using codes Q0222, M0222, or M0223. Review and reprocess any pending claims with dates of service December 1, 2022 or later using these codes, as they will be denied. Update billing system to flag these codes for Washington Medicaid patients.
