Summary
Washington State Medicaid (Apple Health) added four new COVID-19 vaccine billing codes effective retroactively from December 8, 2022. Two new vaccine product codes (91316 for Moderna bivalent, 91317 for Pfizer bivalent) and two new administration codes (0164A, 0173A) are now covered and billable.
